We believe your dining experience should be a welcomed treat during your stay.  We prepare our food offerings on site, from fresh ingredients, and inspired by recipes planned by our culinary chefs and dietitians to meet your medical nutritional needs and aid in your recovery.

PATIENT DINING SERVICE TIMES
Your meals are prepared fresh, ensuring the finest quality.  Our normal meal delivery time is within the times listed below, based on your room location:

  • Breakfast 6:30 am – 9:00am
  • Lunch 10:30 am – 2:00pm
  • Dinner 4:30pm – 6:30pm

On occasion, your meal may be delivered outside the listed times due to medical changes or procedures.

MENU SELECTION AND ORDERING
Our goal is to meet your medical needs and food preferences with meal selections. To meet our goal:

  • Selections for your meals are taken daily by our unit hostess.
  • For your convenience, call (254) 202-3663 (or 82-3663 internally) to pre-order your meals for the day to be delivered at a specific time.
  • Order anytime via the Let’s Eat app- If you have the BSW Myhealth app, you can order through the “Let’s Eat” app.
  • Simply download the MyBSWHealth app from the app store on your phone if you do not yet have an account.  Once downloaded, go to the “Let’s Eat” app to place your order for the next meal, or all meals today and all meals through tomorrow, for your convenience. 
  • For patients unable to select, our chef’s choice will be provided.

Your menu selections may be changed after your meal selections are taken. This can happen due to noted food allergies or diet restrictions ordered by your physician or practitioner.

NUTRITION INFORMATION
Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) are members of the healthcare team who care for your nutrition needs.  The dietitians are available to answer questions, provide personalized diet consultations and/or arrange for an outpatient appointment after your discharge.

WE WELCOME YOUR COMMENTS
You may receive a visit from our Food and Nutrition Services Team to ask about your dining experience. If you have questions or comments at any time during your stay, please ask to speak with a member of our team.  Your feedback is very important to us so that we can continue to improve our food and service to you.

GUEST MEALS
Guest trays for delivery to the room are available for $5 per meal.  Please call the Menu Line at (254) 202-3663 (or 82-3663 internally) to place an order and to provide payment via a valid debit or credit card.

All dining locations are cashless. Please bring your valid debit, credit card, or payment app for payment.
